1. Commitment
At TechFrame Positive Impact, we believe that Artificial Intelligence (AI) should be used in a way that is responsible, transparent and aligned with people's fundamental rights.

2. Ethical Principles

• Transparency: We will report clearly when our systems use AI.
• Privacy: AI will be developed and implemented with respect for privacy and data protection.
  Isolated environments: for many of our services, especially with Agents, we will work with isolated environments, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the data that AI will use
• Non-Discrimination: We will take measures to avoid bias and discrimination in the systems.
• Security: We have defined an architecture that guarantees the security of the data used by the AI systems
• Accountability: We will continuously supervise the use of the AI systems through automated processes, monitoring security at the level of access and random content extraction to assess the performance of the AI and its results.

3. Permissible Use
TechFrame Positive Impact AI systems will not be used for:

• Illegal activities or activities that violate human rights.
• Manipulation or misinformation.
• Automated decision making without human supervision in critical areas.
