Purpose of processing

Personal data collected through the monitoring service and the incident form available on the website will be processed for the purpose of:

• Ensure the safety of facilities and users.
• Manage and respond to reported incidents.
• Facilitate communication between the user and the person in charge.

Data Retention

The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the stated purpose and in any case in accordance with the time limits established by the applicable regulations.

Recipients

No data will be transferred to third parties, except where legally required or requested by the competent authorities.

Rights of data subjects

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and portability at any time by sending an email to vigilancia@techframepi.com  or by completing this form. They may also report incidents.

Likewise, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.
